When there's no existing site, we start with questions instead of audits. Who are the visitors? What emotional state are they in? What do they need to feel before they'll pick up the phone?

• • Pricing and services need to be transparent — no one wants to negotiate while grieving
• • The site needs to feel warm and respectful, never clinical or transactional

Content Strategy

We structured the content around the visitor's emotional journey: from learning about services, to seeing that real families trust this place, to understanding exactly what to expect.

• Memorial pages for individual pets — honoring each life with dignity
• Clear service descriptions — cremation, burial, and memorial options explained simply
• 24/7 emergency contact prominent — because loss doesn't follow a schedule
• Soft, natural color palette — greens and earth tones that feel peaceful, not somber

Design Decisions

Every design choice was intentional. Rounded corners feel warmer than sharp ones. Nature imagery grounds the experience. The typography is clear and unhurried — no ALL CAPS, no urgency. The call-to-action says "Contact Us Today" not "Buy Now." The testimonial section uses real family quotes to build the trust that only shared experience can create.
