Required Public Postings
Texas Government Code §2051.202 directs special-purpose districts that levy a tax and serve a population of 500 or more to post key information online — including District contact information, current and historical tax rates, and the schedule and location of board meetings — along with annual financial and tax-rate reporting. How the public may attend
All board meetings are open to the public. Meeting notices and agendas are posted in advance on this website and at the District office in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. Members of the public are welcome to attend and may address the Board during the public comment portion of the agenda.

Pay by mail, by phone, in person at the District office, or online through the District’s billing operator. Autopay and paperless billing are available. On a live site, the button links to the operator’s secure payment portal — no portal is connected on this sample.
