Since 2019, New Braunfels Bakery & Cakes has brought the warmth and tradition of an authentic Mexican panaderia to the heart of Texas. Every morning, our bakers craft fresh conchas, marranitos, orejas, and a full display of pan dulce — alongside stunning custom cakes for birthdays, quinceañeras, and every celebration in between.
