Kalalea Juice Hale is a family-owned roadside stand in the heart of Anahola on Kauai’s north shore. Founded by Carla Contrades-Barrett and rooted in three generations of family life on Hawaiian Home Lands, this vibrant orange hale sits with the majestic Kalalea mountain as its backdrop.
What began over a decade ago has grown into one of Kauai’s most beloved stops — serving organic, locally sourced acai bowls, smoothies, and juices. The family previously ran a huli-huli chicken stand on the same property, and that same spirit of aloha runs through everything they do today.
