Board of Directors Meeting

The quarterly Board of Directors meeting will be held in the Breakers Clubhouse at 6:00 PM. Agenda includes budget review, hurricane season preparation, and pool resurfacing update. All owners welcome.

Pool Deck Resurfacing Update

Phase 2 of the west pool deck resurfacing is scheduled for June 2–9. The west pool will be closed during this period. The east pool and all beach access points remain open. Thank you for your patience.
