Our Story
Boxcar Bakery & Ice Cream is a family-owned bakery in the heart of downtown Guthrie, born from a chef who dreamed of opening her own bakery since she was a teenager. Every morning, fresh cinnamon rolls, cookies, and pastries come out of a single oven — alongside handmade soups, sandwiches, and locally sourced hand-dipped ice cream from Tulsa.
