Angela is a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT/200) specializing in restorative yoga and functional wellness. Her practice is rooted in the belief that movement should feel gentle, intentional, and supportive — especially as we age.

Designed specifically for women 55 and older, every class invites students to slow down, restore what daily life depletes, and build a quiet, lasting relationship with their own bodies.
